Shipping Policy

At GlowUpChalet, we are committed to providing our customers with fast, reliable, and affordable shipping.

Shipping Fees:

  • For orders ranging from Rs. 0.00 to Rs. 4,999.00, a shipping fee of Rs. 250.00 will apply.
  • For orders of Rs. 5,000.00 and up, shipping is FREE.
  • Return Shipping: If you choose to return an item, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. The return shipping fee is charged separately.

Return Fee:

  • A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products to cover the handling and processing costs.

Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 Days.

Exchange & Returns:

  • We offer a 7-day easy exchange & return for all eligible products.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • All shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and other factors.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to all locations within Pakistan.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
