Shipment Policy

GlowUpChalet — Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy together with our general Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with GlowUpChalet you agree to the practices described below.

1. Shipping partners & coverage

We work with reputable courier partners to deliver orders within Pakistan. Delivery availability and timing depend on the courier used for your location

2. Free shipping

Orders with a subtotal of PKR 5,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

3. Standard shipping (paid)

• Delivery timeframe: typically 3–5 business days from the date the order is dispatched.
• Shipping cost for orders below PKR 5,000: PKR 250.
All delivery windows are estimates — factors outside our control (courier delays, weather, public holidays) can affect timing.

4. Order processing & dispatch

Orders received on weekends or on Pakistan public holidays will be processed on the next working day. After your order is confirmed and payment (if required) is verified, we will hand it to our courier and share tracking details when available.

5. Advance payment requirement

For orders with a value above PKR 25,000, we require an advance payment to confirm and process the order. Once you place such an order our team will send bank/account details. We will dispatch the order after we receive and confirm the payment.

6. Returned / refused / cancelled previous orders

Customers who previously cancelled, refused, or rejected delivery of an order may be charged an additional PKR 300 recovery fee on their next order. This fee will be added to the new order total.

7. International deliveries

We do not routinely ship internationally. If you require delivery outside Pakistan, please contact us at info@glowupchalet.com to discuss options and a quote.

8. Shipping restrictions & schedule notes

• Deliveries are not made on weekends or national public holidays.
• Couriers set their own delivery schedules; we cannot guarantee specific time slots.
• Orders placed during non-working days will be processed on the next business day.

9. Delays and communication

If we become aware of a shipping delay we will notify you and provide an updated estimated delivery date. For concerns about a specific order, please contact our support team and include your order number if available.
