GlowUpChalet – Returns & Refunds Policy
At GlowUpChalet, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. That’s why we’ve set a clear and simple return and refund policy. Please read the terms below before placing or returning an order.
1. Who Can Return Products?
Unopened items: Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase as long as they are still sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or missing products: If your parcel is received in a faulty condition (damaged, broken, or with missing items), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this time will unfortunately not be accepted.
Change of mind: Returns for reasons such as dislike of the product or change of preference are not permitted.
Return shipping charges: Customers are responsible for sending the items back using a secure and trackable courier service.
Discounted items: Goods purchased during sales or promotions are generally not eligible for refund or exchange.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any claim of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, we require a continuous unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel:
Show the sealed parcel from all sides.
Display the invoice or flyer included inside.
Record the unboxing in one take (no pauses or cuts).
Clearly show the product(s) and their condition.
Our team may also verify the dispatch footage from our warehouse.
- If the order was shipped correctly, no replacement/refund will be issued.
- If a mistake is confirmed, we will arrange a quick replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used products
Gift vouchers
Health, beauty & personal care products
Delivery charges, bank fees, or payment gateway charges
4. How Refunds & Exchanges Work
- Inspection: Returned goods are reviewed within 24–48 hours of arrival.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method (Bank Transfer or Card)
- If no issue is found: The product will be sent back to you. If you choose not to take it back, it will be kept for 6 months before being discarded.
- Exchanges: Allowed for the same product only, and only in cases of defects or damages.

If your refund hasn’t reached you:
- Double-check your bank or card statement.
- Ask your bank about processing timelines.
